The construction was carried out from a reinforced concrete frame filled with ceramic blocks, the customer's desire was to build a family home for a large family.

The main advantages of the chosen technology:

• High service life: the reinforced concrete frame of the building is a reliable seismic-resistant structure made of reinforcement and concrete.
• Heat capacity: the walls of the building are made of ceramic block M-100, which is a modern analogue of the usual brick. Due to its porous structure, the ceramic block has a very low thermal conductivity. It ranges from 0.14 to 0.18 W / (m * C), which is 4 times lower than that of ordinary bricks.
• Environmental friendliness: The walls of the building are filled with environmentally friendly ceramic blocks, the production of which uses natural raw materials - clay and wood shavings.

The roof of the building is made of natural tiles, ceramic or cement-sand tiles do not emit any odor or chemicals, are fire resistant, do not accumulate static electricity, do not require painting and are resistant to biological and chemical attack.
