Project description

During the development of this design project, it was found that the main focus here will be:

creating large bright rooms in a classic style
shower room and bathroom
combined living room and kitchen with the preservation of zoning.

This apartment was originally delivered in a rough finish. Since the ceilings were made of plasterboard, it was possible to use various types of lamps, built-in and overhead, and it was possible to avoid the appearance of cracks at the wall-ceiling junction.

Speaking about the walls, it is important to take into account that the walls in the corridor, bedroom and nursery are covered with wallpaper, and in the living room and kitchen they are painted. Decorative plaster was applied on the balcony.

The flooring was chosen in the form of tiles with underfloor heating and vinyl board. The main advantages of vinyl coating include the fact that it is not afraid of moisture, does not change size, is laid with a solid carpet without thresholds, and also has high wear resistance in comparison with parquet boards and parquet.
